Life as a Superstar, Pt 2

When last we checked in, I, Bud Daniel of the 49ers, was running the team over anyone to get in our way. As the season wound down, we found ourselves in the playoffs. We finished off the season with a drubbing of the Washington Redskins at home, and secured ourselves a tie for second in the NFC with the New York Giants at 11-5 behind the 12-4 Tampa Bay Buccaneers. We became the wild-card team and took it to the Dallas Cowboys in the first round.

We next faced off with the Giants, and had one of our most hotly contested games so far.  I had 105 all-purpose yards, with two rushing touchdowns. Eli Manning actually passed for more yards then Cullpper, but Daunte went 15-16 on completions, and although neither threw a touchdown, I  was enough to handle our side of the offense. We won the game 13-3, and earned the right to take on the Bucs for the NFC title.
