Ten years ago this month – on January 17th, to be precise – way back in 2005 I launched this site. Originally a small gaming site started with some friends as a see-if-we-can venture, All Around Gaming Hub is today my day-to-day work and part of a hosts a number of projects. Let’s look back at some of the high and low points in AAGH’s history and be sure to come back all month for more anniversary coverage.
2014 is over, everyone and it’s time to move on to 2015. Before we do, however, we have to put a cap on the past year with our 2014 Game of the Year awards. Did your favorite game win? It’s time to pass out the awards.
As you all know we all use phones from different services that offer different plans, However Net10 Wireless is selling a phone card for $25 and then telling the customer that it is unusable due to it is not a 30 day unlimited plan , it states clearly on the card 30 day plan and gave me a 15 day plan instead of what I had paid for in an offer probably so I didn’t sue them for fraud they gave me unlimited for 15 days which is not what I paid for, I paid for 30 days service 1000 minutes . They should at least stop selling the cards if they won’t redeem the cards, as many customers will soon find out if they choose to buy a 25 dollar 1000 min. plan. I am not bashing the company just their tactics in merchandising their operation, don’t sell it if we can’t use it that should be the answer most businesses have. The customer always comes first.

I enjoy Nintendo’s lighthearted nature with the Smash Bros. Series, letting their prized mascots pummel each other for our enjoyment. The fact that the games tend to be pretty good, too, doesn’t hurt anything. With the release of Super Smash Bros Wii U, has Nintendo set a new high water mark in the series, or should you keep brawling?
We recently opened a new branch to All Around Gaming Hub, namely the AAGH Game Center. Featuring a fine selection of fun, free online games, we’re routinely updating it and producing new games for it. Are you looking to blow your lunch break in a fast, fun, easy way? This is your answer. Visit it, have some fun, and share it with your friends. You – and your friends – can thank us later.
There is something to be said about a long, deep single player role playing game, a rare breed these days, particularly quality ones. With Dragon Age Inquisition, Bioware has again exhibited their mastery of the craft, producing one of the best RPGs in years and a contender for Game of the Year. Just how good is it, though?
Dragon Age Inquisition has arrived at last, riding a massive hype train last seen ferrying the likes of Destiny and Watch Dogs. Such hype trains can easily turn in to flaming wrecks when the game they’re carrying can’t deliver on its promise, so let’s see what Dragon Age Inquisition brings to the table in this First Opinion.
Open world-style games are some of my favorites. The Grand Theft Auto and Saints Row series in particular produced some of my best experiences in the genre. Now Insomniac Games is bringing their take on the open world mayhem theme with Sunset Overdrive. Does it have a bright future, or is it the sun setting early on this newcomer?
