Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare came out yesterday, bringing PopCap’s goofy tower defense game into the console third person shooter arena. I had to give it a spin and see how they accomplished this, so let’s get right into our First Opinion.
I’m a space game fan. I especially enjoy RPG and sandbox titles set in space. Noctis, EVE Online, FTL: Faster Than Light, Starmade… I have a fascination with the stars. I recently started playing Drox Operative: Invasion of the Ancients and it fits that niche well. I’ve put in a few hours so let’s hit it with a First Opinion.
Back in the swing of things post-Extra Life marathon, today we’re going to take give First Opinion on Batman Arkham Origins. As a fan of the previous two titles in the series, Arkham Origins has allot to live up to if it wants to impress me.
Fashionably late as ever, we’re taking a look at Grand Theft Auto 5 today. I blocked out allot of the hype that has been built up around this game, primarily because I felt I let the hype get to me in Grand Theft Auto IV, resulting in my overrating it in our review. Now that my hands are finally on GTA5 it’s time to see what the hoopla is all about in today’s First Opinion.
I loved the original Animal Crossing back in 2002, played some of its sequel Wild World on the Nintendo DS, and was disappointed by City Folk on the Wii. Now I’m playing Animal Crossing New Leaf on the Nintendo 3DS, bringing you what is probably our most nascent First Opinion yet.
Saints Row IV came out last week, and as you may imagine, it’s about as weird as weird gets. Our review is forthcoming but for now, let’s form a First Opinion.
Again late to the party, I have finally able to get around to playing Bioshock Infinite. Being so far behind the curve I was going to go ahead and skip it, but after doing that with Assassins Creed III and Dishonored (two of the bigger games last year) I decided to give it a shot and postpone covering Monaco for now, which places us even further behind. In any event, here’s my Bioshock Infinite First Opinion.
We’ve been slacking on the content lately, I know. Let’s get back in the swing of things with a look at LEGO City Undercover.
